Our Professional Journey
1989–1997: Early industrial experience in metal furniture, energy systems, and small-scale production, building strong foundations in design, manufacturing, and operations management.
1997–2000: Co-founding a powder coating workshop within Shaira Company and leading mechanical R&D — designing innovative production equipment, automation tools, and improving process quality.
2006–2017: R&D and Innovation Director at Shaira Company, contributing to powder coating systems, recycling solutions, testing systems, process optimization, and workforce training.
2017–Present: Academic collaboration in France (INSA Lyon, ECAM, ECE, ITECH, AMU) in mechanical engineering, materials science, and NDT research, including joint projects and training programs.
2019–Present: Founder of Shayra ProTech @ France, continuing a family legacy through independent innovation, applied research, and international collaboration, with a focus on practical and sustainable engineering solutions.
